We've all got Stretch Marks in some place or other on the body. The best way to treat the removal of stretch marks is to catch them at their earliest appearance when they are still reddish in color. Dermatologists have tried using a variety of treatments on the marks, but once they fade they are much more difficult to treat. You can try massaging the marks with Olive oils, Coconut butter or Vitamin E or Vitamin A. Aloe Vera Gel on the skin can help soothe irritation of the recently stretched skin. Exercising regularly is a good way to keep your skin and muscles firm thus preventing stretch marks, and eating foods rich in protein, Vitamin E, and Vitamin C will help promote healthy skin.
